When we are editing a PDF file, what should we do if we want to extract and replace several pages of the content?

We can use the Extract Page and Replace pages functions of WPS Premium.

If we want to extract the third page of this file and save it separately as a PDF file, click the Page tab, click Extract Page. In the Extract Mode box, select Extract selected page to PDF. In Page range, enter 3.

We can add a watermark to the file, and we can also name the newly output file and set the storage location. If you don't want to keep the current page in the original PDF file, you can check Delete After Extracting.

Finally, click Extract Page.

If we want to replace the content from page 1 to page 10 of the original PDF with the content from page 11 to page 20 in other PDF files,

Click Replace pages and select the PDF file that needs to be replaced. In the dialog box, we can select the range of replacement pages.

Enter 1 to 10 in Source Page and 11 to 20 in Replace with.

Finally, click Confirm to quickly complete the replacement.
