How to insert and set a text box
When using WPS Presentation, we often need to edit text content in the text box. So how can we insert a text box?
First, click the Insert tab above and click the Text Box drop-down button. Here, we can choose to insert a Horizontal Text Box or a Vertical Text Box.
This video of How to insert and set a text box will only take the horizontal text box as an example, which could be compatible with Microsoft Office powerpoint. Click Horizontal Text Box and then long-press the left mouse button to draw the text box we want to insert.
When editing the text content in the text box, we may also find that the font size will become smaller and smaller as the text content increases. So what can we do about this?
Double-click the text box with the left mouse button, and the WPS Presentation will pop up the Object Formatting task pane. The reason why the font size will become smaller and smaller when editing the text content is that we have selected Shrink text on overflow in the Autofit. Here, we can choose Do not Autofit and Resize shape to fit text according to our needs.
In the Object Formatting task pane, we can also customize the text box. For example, we can set the Vertical alignment,Text directionand margin of the text box. In addition, we can also choose whether the text should wrap automatically according to actual needs.
These are the skills on inserting and setting text box. Did you get it?
