When we beautify the spreadsheet, we usually use the Fill Colorfunction to color the cells in a spreadsheet before setting the typeface, font size for the text, etc.However,it is not efficient.Is there any better waysto realize it?

1. Select the cell area that needs to be beautified.2. Click Cell Style in the Home tab.

By doing so, a variety of predefined styles for cells has been provided by WPS Spreadsheet. Then we can choose one of the styles.

If you don't like any of these styles, you can also customize the spreadsheet style.

1. Click New Cell Style, and the Style dialog box will pop up.

2. Click Format. Then you can set optionsIn the pop-up Format Cells dialog box, including font, format, patterns, border, etc.

Name the style, and click Confirm to generate a customized style. (Tips: If you want to modify the predefined style, right-click on the corresponding style, and choose Modify from the popup menu.)

If you want to use the new cell style in other workbooks, you can use the Merge Styles function in this new created worksheet.

1. Click Cell Style in theHome tab.

2. ChooseMerge Styles.

3. In the pop-up Merge Styles dialog box, choose the workbook that you want to copy styles into the Merge style from box

4. Click OK.
