How to use WPS Office to convert pictures to text

We can use this feature in Writer, Spreadsheet, Presentation and PDF. Here, we will take WPS Writer as an example. It is also the same in WPS Presentation and WPS Spreadsheet.

1. Open WPS Office.

2. Select the Tools tab → and then click Picture to Text. Then a WPS OCRdialog box will pop up.

3. Here, click the Add pictures button above.

4. Then a Open File dialog box will pop up. Here, select the picture we want to add and click Open.

5. Now we are back to the WPS OCR interface. Here, WPS Office has provided us three conversion modes. We can choose one according to our needs.
