In July, we integrated all WPS Office AI features onto one page: Smart Create & Edit, Chat PDF, Parallel Translate, and AI Spell Check. Plus, we added quick-launch shortcuts for easy access to AI, helping you with daily tasks.

AI Spell Check: Fix Errors and improve Writing

In July, WPS launched the new AI Spell Check. It quickly detects and fixes spelling, grammar, and expression issues, like a professional assistance. Tailoring vocabulary and style for contexts such as academics, business and email, improve your writing instantly. 

Smart Create & Edit Gets Exciting Updates in Docs

1. New interface, simpler and more user-friendly.

2. Summon the AI assistant quickly with Ctrl double-tap or @AI.

3. Adjusted and enhanced explain, translate, and summaries. You can find them in the WPS AI dropdown menu after selecting text.

4. Prefer no AI prompts in blank documents? You can disable them in settings.
