How to create a double-page spread in WPS Office PowerPoint?

Sometimes we need to print out the slides as handouts in the layout of two-page. In WPS Presentation, we can easily and quickly realize this operation with the Handout Master function.

lHere are the steps to create double-page spread in WPS Office Handout

1. Navigate to the View tab, and click the Handout Master button. In the pop-up page, you can adjust Handout Orientation, Slide Size, Silde Per Pages, and other parameters.

2. Create a double-page spread. Click the Slides Per Page drop-down button. And then select 2 Slides. In this page, you can also edit header, footer, date and slide number. (You can also choose to hide them in the ribbon through deselecting the check boxes.)

3. Click the Print button, whose shortcut key is Ctrl+P. In the pop-up dialog, change Print what to Handouts, and set Slides per page to 2.

4. Finally, you can click the Preview button in the lower-left corner to preview the effects of handouts.
