In the workplace, we often need to edit and print PDF documents. When the number of files is large, you should spend more time setting up the printing options individually.

In our new version, WPS Office provides you with the batch printing function! All you need to do is drag and drop the file into the print list, set the print parameters, and click OK, and the software automatically completes all the work.

Batch Rename Function:

WPS Office now supports naming files of the same type in a regular manner, which is more convenient for organizing and keeping your files. Add files in bulk with one click to make quick changes to file names. It also supports replacing some characters in file names, replacing case, or removing specified characters (such as meaningless numbers, symbols, letters) contained in file names.

Use the sharing method last time you chose

Now you can select the color you have recently used in PDF, especially the color you once set when editing the PDF document, such as changing the font color, changing the background color, and changing the highlight color. The system will remember the recently used color.

Remember the next time you edit or fill color, you can find the Recent Colors option in the drop-down menu.

WPS Office wants to bring more convenience to users in the details. When you select the document sharing function in our new version, the system will automatically offer you the most recent sharing way, which makes the steps of sharing easier.
